Terms of Service

The terms of this agreement (“Terms of Service”) govern the relationship between you and Overtank.com and its affiliates (hereinafter “Overtank.com” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of Overtank's website and related services (the “Service”). Use of the Service is also governed by OvertankPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering with and purchasing from our site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement. We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing offered products and services. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content of this site is 100% complete, current, or error-free. By placing an order with us the onus is upon you to confirm that the item received is a reasonable equivalent to that which was represented on the Web site. If the item is found to be an unreasonable equivalent than it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. If we agree with your assessment then we will offer upon return of the purchase a replacement service or equivalent dollar credit towards another transaction.

Users may use this Site solely for their own personal or internal purposes. Each User agrees that it shall not copy, reproduce or download any Overtank's Content for the purpose of re–selling or re–distributing Overtank's Content, mass mailing (via emails, wireless text messages, physical mail, or otherwise), operating a business that competes with Overtank, or otherwise commercially exploiting Overtank Content. Systematic retrieval of Overtank Content from this Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory (whether through robots, spiders, automatic devices, or manual processes) without written permission from Overtank is prohibited. In addition, use of Overtank Content for any purpose not expressly permitted in this Agreement is prohibited.

No User shall undertake any scheme to undermine the integrity of the computer systems or networks used by Overtank or any other User, and no User shall attempt to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks.

Privacy Policy. We urge that you read Overtank's Privacy Policy, which governs the protection and use of each User's information in Overtank's possession. Each User hereby accepts the Privacy Policy and any updates and amendments thereto. Each User acknowledges that Overtank may change the Privacy Policy from time to time, with or without notice to you, and shall make available the updated version of the Privacy Policy on the Site at all times. Your continued use of the Site shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the Privacy Policy which is then displayed on the Site at the time of such use.

Third Party Rights. As a condition of your access to and use of the Site, you agree that you will not use our Services to infringe the Third Party Rights of others in any way. Overtank will in appropriate circumstances terminate the accounts of Users who are repeat infringers of the Third Party Rights of others. In addition, Overtank reserves the right to terminate the account of any User if Overtank  believes that the User’s conduct is harmful to the interests of Overtank , its employees, directors, affiliates, or other Users, or for any other reason in Overtank's sole and absolute discretion, with or without cause.

Privacy. By becoming a Registered User, you consent to be governed by our Privacy Policy. You also consent to the inclusion of your personal data in our database, and authorize Overtank to share such information with other Users in accordance with the purposes set forth in this Agreement.

Notwithstanding Section 5,Overtank may refuse registration and deny the issuance of an Account and associated User Name and Password to any User for whatever reason or for no reason at all.

Refund

After purchase you may cancel your order with an acceptable reason for 24 hours regardless to it is started or not. If your order is not started within 7 days for any reason, then you are able to ask for a refund. If the service estimated timeframe is under 24 hours, you won't be eligible for a refund. If we are already completed at least 20% of the total service, you are not eligible for refunds neither. You can cancel service at any point if its under the threshold.

Customer's responsibility

All items, which are for sale on www.overtank.com, remain sole property of the game author company, which will be a subject to the corresponding companies' Terms of Service.

Overtank sells time in form of service. We do not claim to be the owners or representatives of the trademarks, brands and intellectual properties of others – they remain the property of their original copyright owners.

This site does not offer any physical products or property.

We do not intend to infringe any intellectual rights. Our sole purpose is to give our clients the opportunity to get better in games.

We respect copyright, and remove copyrighted materials as soon as we are notified of them.

After succesful delivery, it is your responsibility how you use and play with the received goods or services. We are no longer responsible for any loss or damage due to any unauthorized activity over your account.

Legal

We are not in a partnership or affiliate in any way with the non-advertised game author company or any it's brand. When you are purchasing from Overtank, you are buying our booster/worker's time in form of service.

Overtank has zero tolerance against any kind of abuse or fraud with accounts or payments used at our websites or services.

We reserve the right to cancel, refund, close your order or account at any time without any reason or notice. Overtank is not in any partnership with the authors or the game developer's company in any way.

Ordering from Overtank, "us" is not illegal or against any law by any means.

Chargeback attemps lead to automatically closure of our services in the future.

We work with local, national and international fraud investigation agencies, and employ a variety of electronic and other means to discourage, detect and intercept fraudulent activities.

Modifications to policy

The site reserves the right to modify, alter or add to this policy, and all affected persons should regularly check back regularly to stay current on any such changes.
